Dhondt-Grellet
Located in Flavigny, the neighboring village of Avize, the 6-hectare estate has vineyards in the Premier and Grand Crus for Chardonnay and in the Marne Valley for Pinot Noir, with a few parcels of Chardonnay in the Sézannais (2 hectares). The range offered focuses on finesse and tension, with Burgundian-style ageing, rather than on structure.

Lemon-yellow color with bright golden highlights. Harmonious, intense nose of exotic fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit). The mousse is delicate and airy, the bubbles fine and crisp, with notes of apple and pear tart and nuts. Long, appetizing finish.
