Golden lemon color with brilliant highlights. The nose is elegant, discreet and harmonious, with notes of lemongrass, chalk and dried moss. The very fine, chiselled and brilliant bubbles are crystalline and racy. The palate is immediately airy and chalky, with a vibrant, saline, salivating and frank attack on lemon and stone fruit. The palate is long and persistent, full of ardor and vitality, reflecting the expression of the Cramant and Chouilly terroirs.
