The range offered focuses on finesse and tension, with Burgundian-style ageing, rather than on structure.

Attention talent! Take note of this young winemaker's name: Adrien Dhondt-Grellet. He's one of Champagne's up-and-coming talents to watch closely. Just taste this first cuvée, born here from the 2015 base, with 50% chardonnay, 30% pinot noir and 20% meunier. On the bouquet, the watchword is "purity", with a sense of freshness, chalk, citrus and reinette apple. On the palate, the bubbles require a few turns of the glass to settle, but they stretch out a fresh, salivating wine, imprinted by the terroir. A fine Champagne d'auteur!
