Lovely floral and fruity freshness, very classic, but always a pleasure. Flint and a hint of iodine add to the bouquet. On the palate, fruity notes of mirabelle plum, with a fine effervescence. The greediness is present and flatters the palate.

Une fois passée la grille d’entrée du 46 de l’avenue de Champagne à Épernay, le bâtiment principal se dresse. Il abrite une grande partie des trésors de la maison Boizel, installée là depuis 1834. Réparti sur 7 hectares, le vignoble est situé au cœur des meilleurs crus historiques de la Champagne, dont la côte des Blancs et Avize, d’où est originaire la famille. Florent et son frère Lionel travaillent main dans la main avec leurs partenaires vignerons. La maison accueille les épicuriens du monde entier au sein de son magnifique écrin récemment rénové.
