This traditionally vinified cuvée is made from 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, with a light dosage of 3 g/l. An attractive deep gold hue announces the richness of this 2008. The aromatic palette is precise, with notes of wood, white flowers, stewed yellow peaches and vanilla. On the palate, the full-bodied texture offers a seductive, well-balanced, gourmand chew with a vinous red-fruit finish.

Une fois passée la grille d’entrée du 46 de l’avenue de Champagne à Épernay, le bâtiment principal se dresse. Il abrite une grande partie des trésors de la maison Boizel, installée là depuis 1834. Réparti sur 7 hectares, le vignoble est situé au cœur des meilleurs crus historiques de la Champagne, dont la côte des Blancs et Avize, d’où est originaire la famille. Florent et son frère Lionel travaillent main dans la main avec leurs partenaires vignerons. La maison accueille les épicuriens du monde entier au sein de son magnifique écrin récemment rénové.
