Orange candy, orange pie, candied orange peel: the nose declines all the possible uses of citrus. Freshly cut grass and verbena add pleasant vegetal notes, before lime blossom and cherry blossom spread their sweet perfumes. The palate is more concerned with showing off its controlled power while retaining tension. Fresh, minty finish.

Une fois passée la grille d’entrée du 46 de l’avenue de Champagne à Épernay, le bâtiment principal se dresse. Il abrite une grande partie des trésors de la maison Boizel, installée là depuis 1834. Réparti sur 7 hectares, le vignoble est situé au cœur des meilleurs crus historiques de la Champagne, dont la côte des Blancs et Avize, d’où est originaire la famille. Florent et son frère Lionel travaillent main dans la main avec leurs partenaires vignerons. La maison accueille les épicuriens du monde entier au sein de son magnifique écrin récemment rénové.
