The Chapuy family business is now run by the third generation, represented by Aurore and Élodie. The estate is planted mainly with Chardonnay to produce top-quality Blanc de Blancs and Grand Crus. The chardonnay grape delivers chiselled champagnes that are long awaited in the cellar. A few plots of pinot noir and pinot meunier in Épernay enable us to create fruitier blend cuvées. Well distributed, the wines offer excellent value for money and availability. Visits and tastings are available on site.

Presentation
Cette exploitation familiale de 9 hectares est située à Oger, sur la côte des Blancs. La famille Chapuy est liée à l'histoire d'Oger depuis la Révolution française, époque où un ancêtre était maire de la commune. Aurore gère la viticulture et la vinification depuis 2008, tandis qu’Élodie est responsable du marketing depuis 2003. La maison propose des grands crus classés à 100% et certifiés haute valeur environnementale niveau 3. L’exploitation privilégie une viticulture durable, avec l’utilisation d’un cheval de trait pour le travail des sols. Les champagnes non millésimés fermentent entre deux et trois ans, tandis que les millésimés vieillissent au moins cinq ans.
