An old gold color for this blanc de noirs historically planted on the Montagne de Reims, its preferred terroir. The blending of the 2012, 2013 and 2014 harvests and a 3-year rest in the cellar reveal a wine with a strong bitterness, developing chalky and empyreumatic aromas, to be reserved for connoisseurs. Serve with a fricassee of creamy chanterelles.
