Pierson-Cuvelier
This 11-hectare estate (predominantly Pinot Noir), which has been in operation for three generations, is located on the Montagne de Reims. In addition to his champagne cuvées, produced from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, François Pierson also offers a rare red ratafia, made from grape must, Fine and Marc de Champagne.
