Mas des Caprices
Pierre and Mireille Mann, two former restaurateurs from Alsace, settled in the Languedoc vineyards of the Fitou and Corbières PDOs in 2005. They began production in 2009. Today, they cultivate nearly 15 hectares, mainly in red. The two winemakers attach great importance to organic farming and natural winemaking. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic.
