This pure Pinot Noir, mostly from the 2016 harvest, rested on its lees for more than three years before being presented to the market. The nose offers ripe yellow fruit and surprising notes of cut herbs. On the palate, this wine expresses grace and elegance more than power roundness. A fine and ethereal Pinot.

Lacourte-Godbillon

Géraldine Lacourte and Richard Desvignes, her husband, have managed the family vineyard since 2006, with 8.2 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay planted mainly on the slopes of Ecueil, on the Montagne de Reims. Most of the plots are grassed and the domain claims a return to "natural" plowing and amendments, including short pruning, debudding, and green harvesting practices. No insecticide or herbicide is used on the estate. In the cellars part of the vinification is carried out in oak barrels.
