Composed of 80% of the 2010 harvest plus 2009, the five years of rest in the cellar have surely mellowed it. Nose of white flowers and hawthorn. Fine bubbles. The palate is dominated by yellow fruits. The lack of dosage is justified by the richness and fullness of the fruit. A fine cuvée.

Lacourte-Godbillon

Géraldine Lacourte and Richard Desvignes, her husband, have managed the family vineyard since 2006, with 8.2 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay planted mainly on the slopes of Ecueil, on the Montagne de Reims. Most of the plots are grassed and the domain claims a return to "natural" plowing and amendments, including short pruning, debudding, and green harvesting practices. No insecticide or herbicide is used on the estate. In the cellars part of the vinification is carried out in oak barrels.
