Domaine Grand
39230 PASSENANS
Gault&Millau's review
In 2015, Emmanuel Grand took over part of the family business with his partner Nathalie. They now work around ten hectares in the côtes-du-jura, arbois and château-chalon appellations. The vines are meticulously selected, whether from his great-grandfather's best chardonnay plants, the choice of pinot noir and trousseau varieties, or the best match between grey marl terroirs and savagnin. The domaine will be certified organic in 2021, and uses a number of biodynamic practices. The wines are made with as few inputs and as little intervention as possible. 2021 also sees the launch of the first yellow wines.
