A micro-domain located in Landreville in the Aube department, Delphine Champagne (first name of the owner, Delphine Joffroy) owns a single parcel of vines, made up entirely of Chardonnay, on the Vémoy Le Chêne terroir, situated on a south-western slope at the very top of Les Riceys, at an altitude of 342 meters. The champagnes on offer are made from a single harvest, with no claim to vintage.
