Located in Eguilly-sous-bois in the Côte des Bar region, the estate owns just over 2 hectares of vines around the village of Noé-les-Mallets. Colette and Christophe Bonnet grow pinot noir, pinot blanc and chardonnay organically. All cuvées gain in complexity and finesse after a few years' cellaring. If you'd like to discover the region, the domaine welcomes you to their gîte on the estate, and also has around 30 beehives, all certified organic.
