Attractive golden color. Initially reduced, the nose slowly opens up to aromas of yellow fruit (peach, apricot, mirabelle plum) and more roasted notes of fresh coffee and bread crust. The palate is quite expressive, with a creamy texture and notes of white fruit and curry. A wine that doesn't need ten years of cellaring.

This family business has been established in Pierry for four generations. Founded by Abel Bouché in 1920 with a single hectare, it now operates a 30-hectare vineyard spread over nine Champagne villages. This geographical spread (much of which is Premier Cru and Grand Cru) lends the range an aromatic complexity due to the diversity of soils and climates. The current owners, José and Nicolas Bouché, continue to respect the family spirit that reigns in the bubbles of their champagnes. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, and bottle ageing lasts between four and ten years for the seven cuvées in the range. The estate welcomes you free of charge.
