Only 3195 bottles produced for this cuvée, with 50% Chardonnay plus Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The nose reveals notes of honeysuckle, white peach and lemongrass. The palate is compact, with good acidity and fine bubbles. The finish is reminiscent of stone fruits such as mirabelle plum and nectarine, and finishes with delicate bitters. Serve with cold shellfish, such as lobster with lime mayonnaise.

The vineyard which covers around 5 ha spread over 26 plots is located in Chigny-les-Roses, a village nestled on the hillside, on the Montagne de Reims. The grapes of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay are coming from Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes (Premier Cru). Patrice Tixier is in favour of ageing his vintage cuvées six years in the cellar, and 3 years for the rest of production. The estate is certified HVE and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne.
