Gourmet Restaurant A stone's throw from the Madeleine, we find Amandine Chaignot (Pouliche, Café de Luce, Rosy et Maria), a little star of the gastronomic world who was asked to take a look at the cradle of the Hôtel Florida restaurant. The menu has a strong Mediterranean flavour (nepita is a typical Corsican herb), but it's not impossible to remain insensitive to the cuisine, which is a little out of sync with the decor and the business clientele, who seem to have come for the calm and comfort of the place. A good bass crudo with tagette oil and radish, a red mullet with squid ink sauce and chorizo that lacks a little pleasure with its first zucchini, before a rather banal all-chocolate dessert with a tuile that's both too thick and too soft. Service uneven according to profile, affordable cellar with a varied choice by the glass.
