Gourmet Restaurant If the menu doesn't shine with great originality - a bit of everything that's done elsewhere, the perfect egg, tuna tartar with ponzu, gnudi spinach ricotta, swordfish lacquered with venerated rice? - Romain Moreau and Louis Amen, both of whom have worked in prestigious establishments, have a great deal of energy and enthusiasm which is passed on to the diners. And you'll appreciate being able to find what you're looking for on the extensive menu, with its rather sophisticated creations, such as free-range guinea fowl with gnocchi, veal with morel mushrooms in parsley and veal jus, or the strawberry cookie, almond and hazelnut dessert with strawberry and tonka sorbet. A first toque while waiting for the next one.
