Right next to the Église des Jacobins, Frédéric Fabre and his wife Véronique have been running this unassuming yet elegant restaurant for more than a quarter of a century. It’s an experience steeped in wisdom, reflected in the friendly service and the consistent quality of the dishes, all prepared with undeniable technical skill. The “Menu Plaisir” at €38 features asparagus mousseline with Iberian ham, tuna with teriyaki sauce, duck breast with strawberry caramel, and a Grand Marnier soufflé. A beautiful, classic menu.
