It's also worth noting that Chef Arnaud Henry creates a speciality of French gastronomy: sauces. And beyond traditional French recipes, he invites you to discover the flavors of the world. We love his famous choucroute de la mer served with beurre blanc, as well as his cuttlefish and prawn ravioli in a coconut milk and curry broth. Meat lovers will also be delighted with his beef tartare au couteau, veal sweetbreads with truffle sauce and poultry supreme saltimbocca. The side dishes are just as well prepared. His wife, Cindy, with her extensive knowledge of oenology, suggests wines from small producers (including organic ones) in perfect harmony from starter to dessert.
