Chef's Restaurant This beautiful house on the Alsace wine route is a real stopover for terroir and luxury, a hotel & spa full of charm, where chefs Thomas Koehren and Joël Philipps, who have just arrived from Le Cerf in Marlenheim, along with manager Mickael Wagner, ex 1741, showcase their region with professionalism and generosity. The menu evokes both the product and the producer, recalling the intangible links between man and plate: an organic egg from the Richart farm in the style of a tarte flambée, catfish from the Rhine, smoked fillet, leeks, Kristal caviar, a wild sea bass from Finistère, Grenoble-style pearl fillet, artichoke barigoule, a pigeon from Théo Kieffer, roasted on the trunk, Mittelbergheim beet, quetsches and roasted buckwheat, a griottine from Fougerolles for the black forest. We look forward to following the promising new development of this fine house.
