Gourmet Restaurant Almost a village within a village, this former presbytery is a 3* hotel, bistro, delicatessen and terrace, garden and table d'hôte. The different spaces tell part of the story, and offer sincere hospitality, in contemporary and historic settings. The bistro provides a convincing score, with seasonal compositions that are rather sophisticated and highlight the product: a fine tart of zucchini, basil pesto and tomato sorbet with tandoori, a tartare of Chalosse duck and seasonal peas with Espelette pepper, piquillos sorbet, a pavé de maigre de ligne rôti, a duo of yellow chicken and blue prawns, organic chickpeas and candied onions, and Parentis strawberries and ivory cream, Pyrenean flax sablé and "Christelle-style" sorbet.
