Gourmet Restaurant A traditional Landes house in the heart of the department, run by the Lesclauze family for over forty years. Nadine and Michel are at the helm of the 3* hotel-restaurant, perpetuating their renowned sense of hospitality and exemplary classic cuisine, both in service and on the plate. On the menu, langoustine ravioli with porcini mushrooms and shellfish sauce, grilled sea bass with skin, creamy spelt risotto and vegetable matignon, boned and stuffed squab, simple jus and crown of glazed vegetables, a beautiful Grand-Marnier soufflé. The €36 menu is also recommended.
