A gourmet itinerary not to be missed

Burgundy-Franche-Comté is surely the terroir of terroirs. A wine-growing region par excellence, its vines and bottles play a major role in France's recognition in this sector. Like the village of Chablis, which is more recognizable on a shelf than on a map. However, this commune and its surroundings are full of secrets and places to discover other than wine. Fancy a visit? Here are our top addresses to try out if you're spending 48 hours along the Serein.

The Bourgogne-France-Comté guide is available in bookshops and on the Gault&Millau e-shop.
