Winemaker
In 1976, Isabelle and Mathieu Champart embarked on the winegrowing adventure that would change their lives. She, a native of Champagne, and he, a native of Paris, gradually bought up old, abandoned vines. The Champarts made their first wine in 1988. With a surface area of around 13 hectares, the estate lies at an altitude of between 210 and 300 meters. Mainly AOC Saint-Chinian, the different Mas Champart wines each have their own identity based on grape variety and terroir.
