Fabrice Boucher owns and harvests beans from Ecuador. This means that each stage of production is mastered. Tasting the house's flagship recipes is a real pleasure, with a selection of orangettes, slices of bitter orange candied and glazed on a fine chocolate wafer, chocolate-covered marshmallows, or tablets with salted butter, nougat, dried strawberries or speculoos.
