Description
Breeding A farmer for three generations, but also a butcher by training, Quentin Laumond, assisted by his wife Charlotte and father Christian, set up his own laboratory in 2021 to cut up the Limousin cows they raise together in Peyrusse-le-Roc, Aveyron, in the heart of unspoilt countryside. The cows are fed on cereals and fodder grown on the farm, and the calves are raised on their mothers' milk. In this way, Quentin masters the entire food chain, from fork to plate. Sales are direct from producer to consumer. Three types of 5kg or 10kg packages are offered to customers: the flavor package, the minced package for families with children, and the prestige package with nobler cuts. In summer, Charlotte and Quentin visit local gourmet markets to serve up burgers and grilled meats for on-site consumption. See Facebook and Instagram pages for market dates and upcoming cuts.
