Description
Bakery Located in Alissas, the boulangerie du Viaduc has established itself as one of the best addresses in the area since its creation in 2021. And with good reason! Its creator, local boy Clément Soulavie, has met the expectations of an increasingly demanding clientele. Everything is made on site using local produce. He offers sourdough breads made from local flours (from the Rhône-Alpes region), local specialties such as the galette ardéchoise, Lou Pisadou, the famous travel cakes with frangipane and chestnuts, and blueberry tarts picked on the Ardèche plateaus. A trained chocolatier-patissier, he offers a fine range of fine pastries, chocolates, homemade jams and artisanal ice creams. Finally, he is also a caterer, offering tarts, quiches and dishes of the day to take away or order for events. Ambitious, Clément Soulavie and his team have no intention of stopping there... You could well come across them soon at the competition for the best croissant in Ardèche...
