One of the best-known names in Parisian butchery, now a vast, chic boutique on the Faubourg, with carefully-crafted, appetizing presentations. The specialty remains meat, particularly beef, but you'll also find quality charcuterie (good rillettes, pâté de campagne, jambon blanc...) and prepared dishes. Beef fillet is €79 per kilo, and Galician entrecôte, with its fine marbling, is €90 per kilo.
