The lemon-straw yellow color is enlivened by silver highlights. Strongly floral and herbaceous on lemongrass, the nose is bold and concentrated. It unfolds aromas of pear, then ripe yellow and white fruit (peach, nectarine, apricot). The mousse is soft and fresh. The palate, too, is concentrated with candied pear and lemongrass. Gourmet, it also reveals a fine fragrance of white and yellow stone fruit, with hints of spice and citrus (lemon, grapefruit) on the finish.

Rémy Massin et Fils
Rémy Massin founded his own company in 1974. His grandson Cédric joined the domaine in 2002. The 20 ha of vines, cultivated without herbicides since the 2000s, are located at the entrance to the Arce valley on a Kimmeridgian terroir on the Côte des Bar. They open out onto a range of well-aired, well-exposed slopes, giving the grapes a high degree of ripeness and a rounder, more intense taste to the wines. Domaine certified HVE (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne).
