Mas de Clanny
Jérôme Vaillé's family has been working with vines for four generations, but it was in 2000 that he decided to take the plunge, after a career as a draughtsman in a design office. He worked a few vines in Saint-Félix-de-Lodez using organic methods, with the vats in his garage. In 2015, Mas de Clanny was created. In 2020, a winery is built and, in 2023, his wife Olivia joins him. They produce several wines in the terrasses-du-larzac and languedoc appellations.
