A rare cuvée, as it is rarely produced. It is all the more exceptional for having been produced from the superb 2008 vintage. It's got it all: finesse with rhythmic, delicate bubbles, elegance and power from the Pinot Noir, and balance with its gourmet aromas of roasted fruit, fresh butter and apricot. We love it without compromise!

The merchant Joseph Perrier was the supplier to Queen Victoria and Edward VII. a family business presided over by Benjamin Fourmon, cultivates a style based on Pinot Noirs (12 ha out of a total of 23), which give an incomparable mellowness to the house's champagnes. The grapes come from the family's Hautvilliers vineyard, which accounts for a quarter of the total supply. These are highly seductive wines, always beautifully ripe. Nathalie Laplaige has been cellar master since the end of 2018.
