Charming nose, evolving between intense fruity aromas (white peach, red apple and mirabelle plum), then notes of honeyed flowers take over, accompanied by their suave, comfortable sweetness. The freshness of white fruit dominates the palate, backed by an intense mineral framework. The acidity of citrus fruits brings energy, while fine bitters underline the finish, making it particularly salivating. A very pleasant, well-balanced champagne.

Founded in 1798, Jacquesson has long been one of the few major houses to remain entirely family-owned. In 2022, François Pinault's family acquired a stake in the company. With 30 hectares in production in Avize, Aÿ, Mareuil, Dizy and Hautvillers, plus some ten hectares of purchased grapes, all in premier and grand crus, the Chiquet brothers are committed to achieving the very highest quality. They continue to innovate: after identifying their different versions of brut sans année ("n° 737", "n° 738"...) and marketing plot-based cuvées with strong personality, they now offer late disgorgement. All the wines are absolutely remarkable.
