Harlin Père & Fils
This 9-hectare estate has been in existence for three generations. Since 2015, Maxime Harlin has been using plant decoctions and herbal teas to care for his vines, and has replaced synthetic phytosanitary products with natural ones such as copper and sulfur. The estate has officially begun its conversion to organic farming and has adopted Ouessant sheep to maintain the soil during the spring harvest. Maxime Harlin is proud to offer cuvées crafted with passion and know-how, the fruit of many years of effort to improve the quality of his vines while reducing their environmental impact.
