Leather, maraschino cherry and mulled wine spice, the nose is full-bodied and warm, before more delicate notes of red berries come to the fore. The bubbles enliven a delicate, slightly chalky texture that accompanies a tannic frame that makes you want to sit down to dinner. On the menu, langoustine tartar, calf's liver and praline brioche are the perfect accompaniments.

The house was founded in 1869 on the prestigious Avenue de Champagne in Épernay. Synonymous with family and tradition, it was the Rapeneau family's first historic acquisition, in 1979.
