Domaine la Soufrandière
The estate has existed since 1947. It was taken over by the grandchildren in 2000. From the outset, a radical option was adopted with conviction: the vineyards would be run entirely according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. At the beginning of the 21st century, this was quite a challenge. Hand-harvesting, indigenous yeasts, ploughing of the vines since 2017... everything is put in place to offer wines that are the most faithful expression of a 12-hectare terroir.
