Domaine La Borderie
This young house from Bar-sur-Seine, on the Côte des Bar, now produces several cuvées, including one vintage. All come from 50-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils, with the philosophy of striving for excellence, since only the juice from the cuvée is used. Vinification is carried out on a parcel-by-parcel basis, with a variable proportion of barrels used for ageing. To discover the estate's champagnes, the family welcomes you to two beautiful gîtes.
