Domaine Gabinato Fresquet
After working as winegrowers in cooperative wineries, David and Isabelle settled in 2018 in the heart of Cathar country. The property extends over 20 hectares, but only a few plots are planted so that they can work their vines meticulously, like a garden. HVE certified, their production remains confidential.
