Very pale color. The nose is fresh, with notes of white flowers, grapefruit and cookie. A slight vegetal note reinforces this invigorating impression. On the palate, it's lively without being aggressive. The bouquet of flowers returns, and the finish adds a nice pep, with a saline sensation. Perfect as an aperitif.
