Domaine du Vent
After stints in Burgundy, Corsica and the Rhône Valley, Benjamin and Nathalie Boyer settled between the Fitou and Muscat de Rivesaltes appellations. They manage 15 hectares of vines. Since 2022, they have been cultivating and vinifying organically.
