It doesn't overdo it, nor does it impose itself or tiptoe. No, it's simply very good, with a subtle balance of salinity and freshness. Far from exhibitionist wines, we find the spirit of "real" muscadets, with their freshness without aggressiveness, which quench thirst and make you want to spring for the water's edge. A thirst-quenching wine par excellence, to be shared as an aperitif or with fried food.
