Dom Caudron
Champagne Dom Caudron is based in the heart of the Marne valley, in Passy-Grigny, and operates 130 ha of vines. Millers account for 80% of the vineyard. This 90-member wine cooperative is named after the village's most famous parish priest, who in 1929 gave 1,000 francs to the local winegrowers to create their cooperative. The cooperative organizes tours of the cellars, with an interesting visit to the ecomuseum retracing this epic story. It also offers a range of wine tourism activities, including food and champagne pairings.
