Diebolt-Vallois
The Diebolt family has been established in Cramant since the late 19th century. Today, Jacques Diebolt manages this 14-hectare estate, with a majority of Chardonnay from Cramant, Cuis and Chouilly. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier come from parcels on the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Bar. With a low dosage, the house style is characterized by a creamy texture while remaining very Cramant. Rightly regarded as one of the benchmark estates, we highly recommend tasting these bottles.
