De Sloovere-Pienne
Situated high up on the southern slopes of Épernay, the 8-hectare estate is run by Chantal, while her daughter Émeline, winner of the 2019 Jeunes Talents du Champagne award, is in charge of vinification. Viticulture here is "reasoned", with every effort made to reduce the use of chemicals, and all cuvées are made from first-press juices. The vineyards stretch over the Côte des Blancs, the little-known Ardre Valley and the Marne Valley. The range comprises seven cuvées, including two rosés. Particularly sensitive to wine tourism, the estate welcomes you for workshops or to take part in the grape harvest, and even offers a "cellar to eat" service.
