A light color with golden highlights for this champagne with a nose of popcorn, butter, nuts and yellow fruit. The mousse and bubbles are fine and crystalline. Mineral flavors of chalk and lemon dominate a palate that's lively and fresh, but not lacking in deliciousness thanks to its natural richness (no dosage). Sappy, salivating finish. An ensemble reminiscent of meursaults.
