Daniel Clergeot
The family business is located in the extreme south of Champagne, in the village of Les Riceys, one of the most exceptional terroirs in the entire appellation. From the vine to the press, through a slow and conscientious vinification process, the Clergeot family takes particular care at every stage in the elaboration of their cuvées. Fabien, representing the third generation, welcomes you to the domaine to share his passion and help you discover the range of six cuvées.
