Comte de Cheurlin
The Thomas Cheurlin champagne house has two brands: Cheurlin-Dangin, inherited from his parents, and Comte de Cheurlin, which groups together his top-of-the-range cuvées, the result of a meeting between two enthusiasts: Thomas and sommelier Philippe Gantois. Philippe has left, but the adventure continues, with vineyards stretching over the Ource, Arce and Seine valleys, on clay-limestone soils. The estate is certified Terra Vitis.

A judicious choice of dosage for this ripe, fruity Pinot Noir cuvée. The nose is fragrant with white fruit, followed by hints of honey and dried fruit. On the palate, freshness and structure complement each other perfectly, served by fine, crisp bubbles. A fine cuvée.
