This Blanc de Noirs in magnum has a dazzling deep gold color, and a fine column of festive bubbles. The nose is reminiscent of spices, candied oranges and toast, all of which are present on the palate. The dosage expresses itself, but is fortunately counterbalanced by a hint of acidity on the finish.

In 1921, several winegrowers decided to join forces, and Champagne Collet became the first independent winegrowers' house. It owes its name to Raoul Collet, who was its director for almost thirty years. Situated in the heart of the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, the company cultivates around 150 hectares. Respect for the terroir and the work of the winegrower is important, and each cru is vinified separately to preserve its typicity. Thanks to the diversity of its terroirs, Collet offers a rich and varied range of wines.
