A lovely effervescence accompanies a pale gold colour with green highlights. This cuvée, composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, offers aromas of fresh grapes, small red fruits and golden apples. The touch of acidity in finish is particularly pleasant. This champagne would match well with salmon in a salt crust.

This estate is located in the charming village of Colombé-le-Sec, in the Côte des Bar. It was created in 1950 and has been going on for three generations. The cuvées are made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. However, the cuvée Pur’C is solely Chardonnay grown in the plot "Les Graces", the pride of the estate.
